Based at 17141 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach in sunny southern Florida will be a brand spanking new 49-story development called Muse. Each residence will be delivered furniture ready, complete with stunning designs by Ramirez and Antrobus. The smart in-house home system means you can enjoy integrated video, lighting, security and shading systems upon command.
On the rooftop you will find a vanishing-edge pool and spa which overlooks the beautiful sun-kissed Atlantic Ocean. There is also a high-tech fitness gym, steam room, spa and sauna and the food served at the poolside is of the same high standard you might expect in a resort.
One of the floors will be dedicated to residents’ storage items and the area will be climate controlled. There is also a breakfast gallery located on the mezzanine floor, where you can eat continental breakfasts while gazing at beautiful works of art and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
