Jupiter is an impressive small town in Florida where Rialto, a new gated community, has just been developed offering spacious and luxury homes using eloquent architectural designs. Some homes are built in Mission style, while others have more of a Mediterranean style but it’s the location that really makes this a top drawer pull for those seeking Florida luxury living and needing a place to raise a family.

The Rialto Executive Collection is a complex of new homes located close to a number of A-rated schools and colleges. In town there are a number of fine dining restaurants, brand-name shops, elegant boutiques, stunning white sand beaches and recreation facilities for all the family to enjoy.

There are five different home styles on offer at the Rialto: The Cambridge (2232 sq ft), The Castello (1824), The Giorgio (2100), The Murano (2473) and the San Marco at 2630 square feet – the latter of which is the largest home design on offer at the complex.

Jupiter Community Park is just yards away and the amenities include a manned gatehouse at its main entrance, recreational parks and several small playgrounds. Club Rialto offers residents a sparkling resort-style swimming pool, several tennis courts, two basketball courts, and a playful children’s waterpark, which will keep the little ones happy and occupied for hours on end.

The clubhouse onsite features a small swimming pool, a children’s splash park, a tot lot and a fitness center and gym. The gated community also enjoys a small lake within the grounds and the majority of the homes are located on the waterfront. The parks are stunning and are made up of several small “micro-parks” with benches and barbecue areas for families to enjoy an al-fresco lunch.

There are five A-grade schools and colleges within a short drive of the Rialto Community, more than 25 fine dining restaurants and bars along the 706 Roadway and a number of wildlife sanctuaries, art galleries, amusement parks, bowling alleys and places to take the entire family on a day out.

There are plenty of stores and facility centers on Central Boulevard and Maplewood Drive and the surrounding streets. Places like home storage depots, furniture stores and supermarkets are all in plentiful supply.

There is a welcome center located at 163 Darby Island Place, FL 33458 and the show home is open daily (including Saturdays and Sundays) from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. all year round.
