Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB radiation every day, even when it’s cloudy; wear sunglasses and hats, and reapply your sunscreen if you’re outside for extended periods.
Take care of your pets.
Like you, your pets aren’t used to the warm weather. Unlike you, they can’t shed their cold-weather wear. Ask your vet what you need to know to help your pets acclimate to a new home and climate.
