Technology has made it easier for realtors to connect with new and existing clients. Personally, I like staying social. For years now, I’ve used it to stay connected to the equestrian community and far off family and friends. But it’s also an ideal way to reach out to current and prospective clients.
Here are a few innovative ways I help my clients buy and sell their properties:
Through my website. I like to use my website to share in-depth information with my clients. And, my website provides the most up-to-date and thorough information about my listings.
From my social media accounts. As a real estate agent, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn are great platforms for me. They each give me an outlet for posting different types of information. And they all allow me to connect with people and spark interest.
Within Collections. Similar to Pinterest, but for the home buying process, this tool makes it effortless for me to group properties based on your specific preferences. We can organize, monitor, discuss, and collaborate on select properties. Best of all, you can invite anyone to become part of the process–your interior designer, your contractor, your financial adviser, or even your mom.
